iFreightBox Delivery App is a solution to manage and track vehicle delivery, field workforces, salesperson that enable deliveries, services and appointments. Businesses will need to Sign-Up on www.iFreightBox.com to get started.
Using the iFreightBox Delivery App, Customers, Managers and Supervisors will never have to call to get the delivery, services status. The App does it all, automatically.
This app allows Drivers, field workforces and Salesperson to:
- Get a list of all the assigned tasks/deliveries/appointments.
- View customer order or task details and call/message/email them with just one tap.
- Get the directions and the optimized path to your destination.
- Get the customer signature, remarks and 1 images as a proof of delivery.
- Automatically update the customer using live tracking when you Start, Halt, Resume, Reattempt or Complete a task, delivery, service via sms or email.
How do Drivers, Field workforces and Salesperson get started?
- Get the credentials via SMS & email when a Admin adds you to the iFreightBox Amin Panel.
- Get the Delivery Order, Tasks, Appointments once you have registered and logged in to the iFreightBox Delivery App.
